Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
The RCIA is for adult individuals who are new to the Catholic faith, or who are returning Catholics, and wish to learn the basic beliefs and tenets of the Catholic faith. This program lasts several months and is held in numerous parishes in the diocese including St. Anthony's Parish, Drayton Valley. To help the persons who are aspiring to become a Catholic is a special privilege.
If you are a Catholic and feel called to volunteer your help as a coordinator please contact the Parish office at 780 542 5254.
Note: All volunteers must undergo a Call to Protect training before volunteering in any position.

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Children-RCIC
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Children-RCIC process adopts an initiation model to prepare children of catechetical age to be initiated into the Catholic Church. The process involves the entire family and culminates in the celebration of the Sacraments of Initiation at the Easter Vigil.
To help the Children who are aspiring to become a Catholic is a special privilege.
