Fr. Felix Devasia, Pastor

I was born in India and entered the seminary after the high school in the year 1994. During my seminary studies, I completed my Bachelor of Political Science in Mahatma Gandhi University, India, Bachelor of Philosphy and Bachelor of Theology at St. Joseph’s Pontifical Institute, Alwaye, India. After thirteen years of Seminary studies in India, I was ordained in the year 2007. I am a diocesan priest of Vijayapuram Diocese in India.

After my ordination, I was assigned as an associate pastor for a year and parish priest for 10 years in India. I came to Canada in the year 2019 and worked as an associate pastor for 2 years at St. Teresa’s Parish, Edmonton. From 2021 July 20th I took charge as a Pastor at St. Anthony's Parish, Drayton Valley.

Christine Horne - Secretary

Hello, my name is Christine Horne. I was born and raised in Drayton Valley and have lived here for most of my life. I am a single mom of two adult children. I have been the parish secretary here at St. Anthony's for 25 years now, and have been blessed to work with 8 different priests so far. I also work part-time as the upstairs caretaker in the church. Throughout the years I have been involved in many ministries within the parish, some of which included youth band member, lector (reader), Eucharistic minister, Food Bank coordinator, adult education leader, and collection counter.

Michele Benoit - Volunteer Management Coordinator

Hello, my name is Michele Benoit. I have lived in Drayton Valley for 40 years. I am married to my husband Ron and we have 2 children. Throughout the years I have been involved in many ministries within the parish, some of which included lector and Sacristian. I have recently became the Volunteer Management Coordinator for the parish. I employed part time as well.
